Challenge Are Spiritual Maturity

It's impossible to live without challenges. How do these challenges relate to our Christian life? That you have challenges doesn’t mean that you are not a Christian! Challenges determine where you are spiritually. They reveal the true condition or position of man’s heart.

A true Christian is tested by his ability to face difficult circumstances. As a child of God, your situation is not to impair you but to make you stronger. Your response when you are tested, provoked and tried determines your future.

Hebrews 5:1-8 – Though Jesus was a Son of God, He learned obedience by the things He suffered. He went through agony, anguish and physical pain but He submitted to the revealing Word of God. This means, spiritual growth is a function of obedience to the will of God.

Jesus learned obedience by the things He suffered. We learn obedience by the difficulties and challenges we face today. Challenges are tests to mature us so your response to the challenge of today determines what you will become tomorrow
